The short version would be this: Careers Market is an online freelance platform that connects the skillsets of the Caribbean to the rest of the world, hence the tagline ” The Caribbeans marketplace”. To be more precise jamaica has more trained people than most other Caribbean country, with Institutes like HEART TRUST/NSTA (formally HEART TRSUT NTA) Jamaica produces more skilled personnel than the country can manage to hire. Why am I telling you this? this idea was formed on one of those campus grounds with a simple mission simply because of this company. To Create a platform where employers and skilled hires can connect and build meaningful professional relationships to advance each other’s goals.
